FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT
Every festival, whether it's big or small, requires a framework and structures that are unique to it. We do not subscribe to a one size fits all philosophy. We help build strong communities that become the backbone of any festival organisation.
Our project management expertise include: budgeting, team building, outreach, resource management, brand activations, ideation.
We have a great team to handle: Artist Advancing, Liaison, Logistics, as well as handling and procuring hospitality riders, and manage and run the Artist lounge.

Curation is at the heart of what we do. For us it is about using the content to tell a story. We work across disciplines, integrating newer technologies, working with people from around the world to give you fully immersive experience, whether it is a web-series, corporate show, festival or a wedding.

Filming music is a our passion. We started with a youtube channel, that now has recently crossed 28 million views. Being a grassroots organisation, we pride in especially curated content showcasing independent music. On our channel you will see:

UBP's talent roster includes ground-breaking artists like The Ska Vengers, Hang Massive, Dub Fx, and Mr. Woodnote, and works actively in opening newer markets for it's artists in places like India, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and South America. As a management unit, UBP focusses on putting it's artists on the global charts. The Ska Vengers - a New Delhi based Ska-inspired band recently concluded their UK / Europe / Bahrain tour earlier this year with 39 shows, with main stage slots at festivals like Glastonbury, WOMAD, Wilderness Festival, Bestival, Camp Bestival, Lovebox, Love Supreme, Bahrain Jazz Fest etc. The band was also covered widely by the British media, with features and live broadcasts on BBC Radio 4 Clive Anderson's Loose End with Sara Cox, BBC Radio 3 live from WOMAD presented by Cerys Matthews, a 2-pager feature in the Guardian.
